At Bartizan, our research and customer surveys tell us that most exhibitors, when using traditional lead retrieval terminals, fail to enhance their leads by adding information, such as qualifiers and notes. With the introduction of iLeads, a much different picture emerged. Now, more than half of all leads contain notes and qualifiers. At our very first iLeads event, nearly 80 percent of the leads gathered had notes attached to them. In the trade show business, that’s a game changer.

Here’s how to qualify your leads using iLeads:

 

 

To enter a note, select on “Enter your note here”
and enter text, or use voice entry if your device is voice enabled.
Select Done.

To select a follow-up action,  select the appropriate answer. (tapping again deselects answer).

If you are using Surveys, proceed to the Survey questions. Otherwise, select done. To select an answer to a survey question, select  the question, and then select  the answer. To answer another question, tap on the left and right arrows at the bottom of the screen to navigate through it. Tap done when you are finished selecting your answers. Tap done again.

Now you are back at the leads screen showing a list of all your collected and qualified leads.
